More Business Launches More Care, a National Resident Concierge Service for Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities
New service gives senior living operators a dedicated U.S.-based team to work prospective-resident inquiries, follow up with families, qualify fit and book tours — without adding internal headcount, changing software or using voice AI
Resident inquiry.
Human conversation.
Qualified tour.
TAMPA, Fla. — September 4, 2026 — More Business today announced the national launch of More Care, a fully managed resident inquiry and tour-booking service built specifically for assisted living and memory care communities.
More Care gives senior living communities a dedicated U.S.-based Resident Concierge Team to handle the repetitive, time-sensitive work that happens between a prospective resident inquiry and a qualified booked tour.
The service works the leads a community already has.
More Care does not sell leads. It does not run cold calling campaigns. It does not require a new CRM, software migration or per-user licenses.
Instead, More Care connects to the community’s existing lead sources and works prospective-resident inquiries by phone, text and email. The Resident Concierge Team follows up, answers community-approved questions, gathers qualification information, books tours, handles rescheduling and continues working the inquiry until there is a clear next step.
Qualified tours are then placed directly into the community’s existing calendar, CRM or booking workflow.
“Senior living communities already spend substantial amounts of money generating inquiries and employing sales teams,” said Liz Miller, GM of More Business. “The problem is that the same people responsible for building trust with families, conducting tours and driving move-ins are often also responsible for repeatedly calling, texting, emailing, qualifying, scheduling and chasing every lead. More Care separates those jobs.”
Miller added:
“Your sales team should be meeting families. They should not have to spend the day chasing leads just to get families onto the calendar.”
A Human Service for a Human Decision
For many families, the first phone call, text or email with a senior living community is their first real experience of that community.
They may be reaching out after a fall, a hospital stay, a change in memory or months of difficult conversations at home. They are not simply booking an appointment. They are deciding who they can trust with someone they love.
That makes the first response part of the care experience.
An overwhelmed staff member who is juggling residents, tours, paperwork and incoming calls may not have the time to give every family the attention they need. An automated system may be efficient, but efficiency is not always what a family needs in that moment.
More Care was built around a different standard.
Every prospective-resident interaction is handled by a U.S.-based human Resident Concierge whose job is to respond promptly, listen carefully, answer community-approved questions, understand the family’s situation, determine basic fit and help them take the next step.
“The first interaction with a community should feel like the level of care a family hopes to receive after move-in,” Miller said. “If someone is calling because they need help for a parent, that is probably the worst possible moment to hand them to an automated system or someone who is already overwhelmed.”
More Care uses technology to run the infrastructure behind the experience — routing, communications, follow-up and scheduling — while keeping the family conversation human.
“Technology should run the infrastructure. Humans should handle the family,” Miller said.
Resident Concierges follow each community’s approved information, qualification criteria, scheduling rules and escalation procedures while keeping conversations warm, professional and within clearly defined non-clinical boundaries.
Built Around the Systems Communities Already Use
More Care was designed to operate without creating another technology project for senior living staff.
The service includes connections to up to five approved inbound lead sources. Communities can continue using their existing websites, referral sources, advertising channels, CRM systems, calendars and booking tools.
There is:
- no CRM migration;
- no new software for community staff;
- no per-user licensing;
- no requirement to manage another internal calling team;
- no requirement to change existing lead-generation vendors.
More Care operates in the background and returns qualified booked tours into the community’s existing workflow.
Additional inbound connections can be provisioned for a one-time fee.
Designed for Both New Inquiries and Existing Lead Inventory
More Care can begin working new inquiries as they arrive, but communities do not need to wait for new leads to start using the service.
Existing prospective-resident leads can also be routed to the Resident Concierge Team for continued follow-up, re-engagement, tour scheduling and lead recovery.
That can include prior inquiries, prospects who were not yet ready to move, missed tours, stalled opportunities and other community-owned leads that remain appropriate for continued outreach.
“Most communities do not have a lead shortage in the literal sense,” Miller said. “They often have a follow-up capacity problem. There are already people sitting in the CRM who raised their hands and then never reached the next step.”
One Team Can Replace a Fragmented Process
More Care does not attempt to replace a community’s sales director, executive director or admissions team.
It removes the repetitive front half of their workload.
A community’s internal team remains responsible for conducting tours, developing family relationships, making clinical or care determinations where applicable, handling admissions and converting prospective residents into move-ins.
More Care handles what happens before that point.
“We are not trying to become the community,” Miller said. “We are trying to make sure every legitimate family inquiry gets properly worked before the community’s sales team takes over.”
The operating model is particularly relevant for communities dealing with staffing vacancies, inconsistent follow-up, sales-team turnover, large lead backlogs or periods of unusually high inquiry volume.
Because the inquiry process is operated by More Care rather than depending on one individual employee at the community, follow-up can continue even when local staffing changes.
Built for a Market Where Every Tour Matters
Senior living communities operate with finite inventory and recurring move-outs. Maintaining census requires a consistent flow of prospective residents moving through inquiry, tour and move-in.
More Care was built around that reality.
Rather than promising leads or attempting to control the community’s final sales conversion, More Care owns one specific part of the process:
the path from existing prospective-resident lead to qualified booked tour.
The community remains responsible for the sale.
“We do one job,” Miller said. “You give us the resident inquiries. We work them. We put qualified families on your calendar. Your team runs the tour and the move-in.”
National Availability
More Care is available nationally to qualified assisted living and memory care communities.
Single-location operators and multi-community organizations can both use the service. Multi-location operators may deploy More Care by community, allowing the service to be introduced gradually without requiring an organization-wide rollout.
More Business expects More Care to be particularly relevant to operators that already generate meaningful prospective-resident inquiry volume, maintain existing lead databases, employ dedicated community sales personnel or manage multiple locations where follow-up consistency varies from community to community.
