The first conversation matters
A fall. A hospital stay. A change in memory. Or simply the realization that a parent needs more help than the family can provide alone.
That first inquiry is not just a request for an appointment. It is the beginning of a decision about someone they love.
Your staff may be conducting a tour, supporting a move-in or helping a resident. A dedicated Resident Concierge has one responsibility in that moment: give the family’s inquiry the attention it deserves.
The work, handled
New inquiries come in. Existing inquiries need another conversation. We work them through to a qualified booked tour.
New inquiries or eligible existing leads enter the agreed workflow.
A Resident Concierge calls, texts and emails under your community’s brand.
We keep in touch, answer approved questions and gather the information you need.
The tour goes into your existing calendar, CRM or booking workflow.
Your team hosts the tour. We handle rescheduling, no-show recovery and ongoing nurture.
Calls, texts, emails and activity notes are part of the work—not another task handed back to your staff.
A clear division of responsibility
Your dedicated Resident Concierge Team.
The people who know your community best.
Keep the operation you already have
We connect to your existing lead sources and put qualified tours back into the calendar, CRM or booking workflow your team already uses.

Start with the inquiries you have
There may already be families in your CRM who raised their hands and never reached the next step.
A family was not ready. A conversation stopped. A tour was missed. When continued outreach is appropriate, your Resident Concierge Team can pick up the conversation and help arrange a visit.
Eligible community-owned inquiries. Thoughtful, appropriate follow-up.
Continuity for the community
Family follow-up needs a place in the day—even when the day changes. More Care provides a dedicated team and an agreed process that stays in place through competing priorities and staffing changes.

Follow-up does not disappear with one employee.
New inquiries keep moving through the agreed coverage schedule.
